Weightlifting Grip Pads

Keep a more direct connection with training equipment using compact grip pads designed to sit between the palm and handle. The open-hand format leaves the fingers free while the wrist strap helps keep each pad positioned during a workout.

Key Features

• Black training grip design
• Adjustable wrist strap
• Open palm and finger layout
• Compact shape for a gym bag

Use

Wrap the strap around the wrist, place the pad across the palm, and adjust it for a comfortable fit before lifting.
