Charging Precautions
When charging the Cardputer ADV, please switch the power to "ON".
Q1: Why is my Cardputer v1.1 / ADV black screen/won't boot?

Solutions: M5Burner Burn official Factory Firmware "Cardputer-Adv User Demo"

Q2: Why is my Cardputer's infrared function not responding to any device, and my phone's camera can't see the emitted light?
The inability to see light emitted by the IR sensor within the phone's camera does not necessarily mean that the IR sensor is not sending any signal; it could be related to many possibilities (such as the phone's camera blocking infrared signals). We suggest you first check if the IR element on the Cardputer is intact. If the IR element is in its correct position, it is likely functioning correctly. You can test it using any electronic device with infrared reception capabilities. We recommend using our provided example code: https://docs.m5stack.com/en/arduino/m5cardputer/ir_nec
