Important Note: Please watch the video to understand the product before turning it on and using it. Thank you.

The K-type soldering tip is most commonly used in daily work, while the fine-point tip is reserved for specialised scenarios such as soldering components and flying leads under a microscope. Due to its diminutive size, the fine-point tip is prone to damage and requires careful handling. It is advisable to routinely use the more durable K-type tip, ensuring the working temperature does not exceed 380°C. Temperatures above 380°C will cause rapid oxidation of the tip, significantly reducing its lifespan. Upon initial use, set the temperature to approximately 300°C. Ensure the tip is fully coated with solder and burn it for five minutes to extend its lifespan. The tip must not come into contact with water and should be used with high-quality flux. For cleaning, employ copper wire or a copper brush. After completing work, maintain the tip by fully coating it with solder. Soldering tips are consumables and should be replaced periodically based on individual usage patterns.

The SE occurring during initial use of the soldering station is not a quality issue; it indicates that the handle has not detected the soldering tip. Correctly installing the soldering tip will resolve the SE.
