1. Color & Craft Trace Disclaimer
   All products are real shot. Slight color and texture difference of PU leather surface exists due to lighting and monitor color gamut. Uneven stitching, minor scratches on metal snaps and inconsistent embossing are normal mass production traces, not product defects, returns based on above reasons are not accepted.
2. Normal Material Wear Disclaimer
   The outer shell is artificial PU leather. Long contact with sweat, perfume, disinfectant and grease will cause whitening, peeling, hardening and color fading. Frequent opening loosens hinges, metal snaps tarnish and loose after long oxidation, inner flannel pills with friction. All above are normal wear, free replacement and compensation are unavailable.
3. Size & Compatibility Disclaimer
   All dimensions are manually measured with ±0.3cm tolerance. This is a general portable jewelry box with fixed inner compartments, not fit for extra-long necklaces, wide bangles or oversized pendants. Buyer bears return shipping cost if your jewelry cannot fit due to size mismatch.
4. Storage Environment Disclaimer
   Do not store in damp or direct sunlight for long time. Dampness causes mold and glue peeling, strong sunlight accelerates leather cracking. No after-sales support for damage caused by improper storage.
5. Safety Warning Disclaimer
   Small metal snaps and hard edges included. Keep away from children under 3 to avoid ingestion, bumping and scratches. Do not pull the lid violently to prevent hinge breakage and hard fragments.
6. Transit Damage Disclaimer
   Temporary indentations and minor leather wrinkles from transit stacking can recover after resting. Only massive glue separation, snap falling off or box cracking can be verified for after-sales service with clear photos. Minor indentations are not eligible for full free replacement.
7. Artificial Damage Disclaimer
   Peeling, cracking, fading and glue separation caused by artificial soaking, sharp scratching, heavy rolling, violent hinge pulling or chemical wiping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8. Tariff & Shipping Fee Disclaimer
   Buyers shall bear all round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties and clearance charges for non-defect returns. We do not cover any logistics cost for rejected, abandoned parcels or free returns without quality issues.
